Complaints Form

In accordance with Article 325-12-1 of the General Regulations of the AMF, Meteo Protect, an insurance and reinsurance broker and financial investment adviser and member of the CNCIF (an association approved by the AMF) registered with ORIAS under number 12 005 366, has established a procedure for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints provided by existing or potential customers.

All complaints may be sent to the company by filling this form.
In the case of a complaint, Meteo Protect must acknowledge the claim within 10 days of receipt and respond within 60 days.

If you cannot settle your complaint with us,
you may be entitled to refer it to:

The insured may also refer the matter to L’Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel (Prudential Supervisory Authority), which ensures compliance with legislation and the protection of insured clients, but does not intervene in the settlement of individual disputes.
